I recently drew up this potent amulet sticker to honour my namesake and slavic culture.
A powerful protection symbol “Ladinets” are an ancient Slavic талисман, meaning talisman in Russian. It's a female amulet (the most common woman’s ward) which brings harmony, love, and happiness to the feminine being. Helping her unveil her powerful, strong feminine qualities. It gives strength and protection of the goddess Lada, the mother of the gods.
In collaboration with Métis artist, John Proulx who illustrated this gorgeous goddess Lada greeting card. In Slavic mythology, the goddess Lada -patroness of the divine is considered a symbol of femininity, a harmonious embodiment of beauty and the personification of the ideal keeper of the hearth. These Ladinets, or the Cross of Lada are an ancient magicala symbol with 8 rays, each of which ends in a small bent branch, one of the most revered solar symbols of the ancient slavs.
