Muscle mender is made with our own herbal extracts of wild harvested Arnica flower and St.John's Wort. We infuse the plant matter into organic sunflower and olive oil for several lunar cycles to get the most beneficial healing properties of these plants absorbed into our oils, which are then alchemized into this healing balm. The addition of chili seed and wild mint increases blood flow and circulation to the applied area. Massage desired amount onto bruises and sore muscles for deep relief.
